Some rust around the neck of the inside and a few bits of small surface rust on the outside

What are known problems with TW200? For instance, KLR 650 have a "Do Hickey" problem. Is there anything I should know about before I purchase one?

    John 3:16-17

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

Motor is rusted solid. I wanted to try and take it apart for a learning experience but can't separate the head from the piston

Even if it was stored in the ocean that's odd.

The head or the cylinder? Shoot some oil down the plug hole and let it sit for a while. My buddy and I once got an old tractor going that had been sitting for about 30 years in his field. It was seized too we pulled the head and beat on the pistons with a 2x4 and a hammer and lots of oil and it broke loose.A neighbor just happened to have a head gasket for it hanging in his barn.Don't give up just yet.
