    More Summer Re-Runs

Just a couple of old quick clips to remind us to a) get out and ride. And b) clean the camera lens!
    .

These were taken on a lazy day that Adam-in-Nevada and I went for a impromptu ride. Typically we got far from home and stopped to relax and swap tall tales until the weather turned sour and it started snowing. After working our way down from elevation and out of the storm I re-attached camera but neglected to clean a Nevada sky booger from the lens.

Yeah, that Adam will keep you on your toes following him. Zooom! Actually the smooth moist firm sandy road made it possible.

    Fred,

You (we) should keep all these summer inspirational rides in this thread.

Here's my contribution of a long play version of part 1 of my Silver Creek Trail ride. This part is from the TH at Peace Creek up to Silver Creek Summit. This was the easiest part as we started out on the forest service road on to the trail, which up to the summit was an old logging road. So much fun.

Wow Admiral, that Silver Creek looks like fun.
Here is some more summer re-runs from my neighborhood just to tease you into coming back for some more single track fun... This one is off a five mile continuos single track from river to mountain top. We obviously didn't make all the way this day, pooped out with still another thousand feet to climb.

This ride is much shorter but ends up in nice terrain, lots of little corners and maneuvers to keep from getting bored...Gosh I miss those long warm summer days. Adam-in-Nevada is the lead rider while I eat dust behind.

Dale, you said it best on our HWY 4 group ride in the Sierras with "I could do this all Day". Darn Tootin'! Lets do it again. Joemama is putting together a group ride out of Clear Lake in another week, can you make it to that one? The HWY4 crosses the Sierras with some 27% grades and tight corners. As Dorothy said inn the Wizard of Oz " I don't think we're in Kansas anymore."
    .
Here is Dale, a.k.a. Boarder 255 with evan ( Mike) and banana chunks (George) about an hour after his famous "I can do this all day" utterance.

Here is Dale again astride his XT earlier in the day. See, we do not discriminate against the non-TW riders. Nice pristine lake, no?
