So I've packed my towel and soap, getting ready for those showers.
    Only two weeks!
Who's getting ready for some rock ridin'?

After being pulled out of one area down there I am considering taking along an Ace 570 for riding slickrock just for a backup. Just having it along at camp for a rescue if needed would be good.

Maybe we can get Plumb's Ace to haul in a Golden Ramp for me to cross over on.Golden Crack Moab.jpg

It actually should be doable in the right spot with the right technique1042530798_NkyEG-L.jpg

Moab may be the last ride for my stock Deathwing at 7000+ miles. It has gotten me everywhere and falls could possibly be blamed on me.

I think folks would probably consider it less likely to make them go down, if they ran two of them:

I'd need a shower after that move.

Or maybe back to the earlier bidet discussion.

Anybody mounted a weed sprayer on the back of a TW?

FREE FOR THE ASKING: I have a surplus Harbor Freight dual hitch extender too heavy to ship. I could bring to Moab or give to anyone at next group ride. PM me if interested. images.jpeg

Best rain-free weather is forecast to be mid week. Pending significant changes in the forecast I would propose any arduous or lengthy rides like White Rim Trail, or Top of the World for Tues, Wed, and/or Thursday. By then most will be comfortable with the riding conditions yet still have stamina and enthusiasm for a longer adventure.
With a little co-ordination some may also wish to meet up at one of the many quality restaurants in Moab for a post-ride group meal.

Up the Potash to the "Top" on 3/23/15 weather was just about perfect Fred...sure one bike crapped out{not a TW}, I had to help Montezuma get on trail once, and you helped him one other time, but considering He and Me had not done any riding of this sort in 40 years...I thought we "Done Good" ... the weather and view at "The Top of the World" was perfect on that day:
