I made it the same way as he did. If you want to make it by yourself it's doable. I used Jigsaw to cut it, drill and orbital sander to smoothen the edge. Here's my bike now with Cycra supermoto fender   Here's how the aluminium bracket looks from the front: The bracket is aluminium 11-1/2" x 2" x 2" I you decide not to make it let me know I have 3  in my garage. However you'll need to drill 2 new holes on the fender due to the 2" space available. But you'll never see the fender wobble it's really sturdy... Just put 1 extra washer for every bolt... The nuts under the triple clamp... Underneath the front fender: Use the flattest bolts/screws as possible in case the bike bottoms out...never happens to me The ones I use here are the philip screws from the stock fender bracket.
